Innovative Foundation Repair is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that all of our current and prospective customers should be able to browse our services, request a free inspection, and reach our team, regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.
Our Accessibility Commitment
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. WCAG 2.2 AA is our target standard, and we treat it as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time project — accessibility is part of how we plan and build every page on this site.
What We've Done
As part of that commitment, our website has been built with the following accessibility practices:
- Semantic HTML — pages are structured with proper headings, landmarks, and semantic elements so that the underlying structure of each page is clear to browsers and assistive technologies alike.
- Keyboard navigation — interactive elements such as links, buttons, and form fields are operable using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse or touch input.
- Visible focus indicators — as you tab through the site, focused elements are clearly highlighted so you always know where you are on the page.
- Descriptive alt text — meaningful images, including diagrams and warranty/financing badges, include descriptive alternative text for screen reader users.
- Labeled forms — form fields on our quote request, referral, and contact forms are paired with visible, programmatically associated labels so that what each field is asking for is clear to every visitor.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time checklist; it's an ongoing effort. We continue to review and improve the Site as we add new pages and features, and we periodically check our work against WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria. We have not undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit or certification, and we do not claim full conformance with any accessibility standard at this time — our aim is continuous, good-faith improvement toward that goal.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. This can happen with third-party content or tools embedded on the Site (for example, our financing partner's application portal), which we do not control. If you encounter any part of the Site that is difficult to access or use, please let us know using the contact information below so we can look into it.
