How It Starts

Every Job Begins With an Honest Inspection

Once we get a call about foundation problems, we send a team right out to inspect the foundation. This process includes an interior and exterior examination. While inside, the inspector determines the severity of any cracks, examines support beams, tests windows, doors, and vents, and looks for water damage. Outside, they check how well the yard drains water, and inspect cracks, buckling walls, and irregular slopes.

Once this process is complete, we can determine if a foundation repair is needed. Innovative Foundation Repair will give you a full report outlining the damage to your home’s or business’s foundation, repair costs, and a turnaround time estimate — so you know exactly what you’re dealing with before you decide anything.

Inside Your Property

  • Determine the severity of any cracks
  • Examine support beams
  • Test windows, doors, and vents
  • Look for signs of water damage

Outside Your Property

  • Check how well the yard drains water
  • Inspect exterior cracks
  • Look for buckling walls
  • Identify irregular slopes

Why the Inspection Is Free

A foundation inspection is the free, no-obligation first step of every job we do — the same way it is before any repair, residential or commercial. We’d rather give you an honest answer about what’s actually going on than push a repair you don’t need. Only after you have the full picture — the cause, the cost, and the timeline — do we talk about next steps.

This matters just as much if you’re not planning a repair right away. If you’re selling a home or preparing for renovations, foundation problems must be disclosed and can slow down a sale or complicate upgrades — an inspection gives you the facts up front, whether or not you move forward with us.

  • Doors that swing open on their own
